All males age 18 to 25 are required to register with the Selective Service System. If your Selective Service status has been requested as part of the verification process, then you need to read the Selective Service Comment form.

All applications for Federal Student Aid are processed through the U.S. Department of Education to verify defaulted loan borrowers. Default refers to unpaid federal student loans. If your SAR (Student Aid Report) indicates that you are in default on a student loan, then you need to read the Loan Default Comment form and take the appropriate actions to resolve this default.
